HAPPY BIRTHDAY Hot Air Balloons Pop Up Card

Great for a birthday card. Used it as a birthday card for my brother.

This card is for a special, special occasion. If you're looking to elevate a gift or a note then look no further. The cards by PopLife are the 3-Star Michelin of cards. They are well made with thick and durable paper. When you open this card the balloons pop up with a message. I gave it to my grandmother for her 89th birthday and she loved the card. She ended up removing the balloons to have them as a keepsake little display. This is more like a diorama and less like a card. I had the same positive experience with a dinosaur one from them too. My son loved it.These are cards I would use for a special person or when I want to liven up a gift card for a young kid. They feel like a card you'd get from a little artisinal boutique on a posh little street.

These cards from PopLife are not your ordinary, everyday card, but cards that almost come to life when they are opened. I've ordered several of these, and have never been disappointed with any. In fact, the first one was a popup car I sent to my brother for his birthday about 7 months ago, it's still on is family room mantel. He opened it up on his birthday, loved it, placed it up there, and probably won't take it down till....who knows when, he loved that card! Sent my mom the waterfall, tropical paradise popup card, she loved that one, and still has it. This one is going to an aunt for her birthday, and I'm sure she feel the same. They are well made, on heavy stock paper, and open up exactly like they should. I did have to make a small adjustment to the larger ones, like the tropical paradise, and refold a small part, but it opened perfectly after that. The smaller ones, like the car, opened perfectly from the get go, and seems to me the smaller cards just look better, but all that I've seen are great. These are not cheap cards, this one sells for $13.00 (as of this review), and for me, only for very special occasions. I don't order these for my niece when she's celebrating her 29th birthday by getting married for the fourth time, but for an aunt who's celebrating her 85th birthday, that's another story, and something special like this is well deserved. I've bought popup cards before, many that were less expensive, but none of them compared to these. The art work is first rate for the price, and everyone loves them. What more could I look for in a card? These are great, worth every penny!

I sent this to my best friend who lives across the country for me since I couldn’t be there for her birthday during coronavirus quarantine. It’s a super cute very vibrant car that looks like you paid a grip for it but there is an a lot of writing space so keep that in mind if you purchase this!

These pop up cards really add that little extra something - they make a beautiful display on a mantlepiece after use. Ours worked perfectly - opened and popped up with the little banner between. The envelope is great quality as well. Very pleased.

This card is really fun! IT's a bit hard to open up, write in, and get back folded up nicely. But it is beautiful and made my family member's heart soar!! What a fun card!

What a fantastic card! At $13/a card I would expect nothing less, but wow. The colors are so vibrant and the art design of the balloons is fantastic and cut out precisely. If you are going above and beyond for someone's birthday this year (or maybe you're just a big card enthusiast) get this card for them! It's a beautiful, high-quality card and it shows in the overall feel and look of the card. Plenty of writing room, but if you have a long message, maybe writing it on a separate sheet and fold it up to put inside the card. There is nothing to hate! I highly recommend this product!

I sent this off yesterday. In case you'd like to know, it's heavy. I put two stamps on it, but I think it's supposed to cost 70 cents. The card is cute. It doesn't have any messages except for the banner, but there's plenty of room to write one, which I did. Nice card.

This is a lovely birthday card. I got this for my sister because her birthday is in the summer and there are always hot air balloons flying over her home. She often takes pictures of these balloons and posts them on her social media page. This card is perfect for her, but would also be cute for anyone (especially kids). The card is made beautifully. The front of the card has a cutout of a hot air balloon that has a colorful paper insert. The inside of this card does not come w/a paper insert, but there is enough room to sign it and/or write your own message. When the card is opened, 2 hot air balloons pop up w/a "Happy Birthday" banner suspended between the 2 ballons. There is nothing that has to be done by the person opening the card. The card just pops up on it's own and also closes back down just as easily. The card comes w/a sturdy envelope and (even though it's not stated on the envelope) I'm pretty sure this card will require extra postage to mail because of the thickness and weight.Overall this is a beautiful card for anyone's birthday, but it is a bit pricey. This card; however, is definitely not your basic card and the pop up feature is amazing and more unique than most greeting cards.

We just happen to have a hot air balloon pilot in the house, so it was more than perfect for us! High quality and the pop up hot air balloon is so unique! Yes, the price point is a bit high, but for us, it was well worth it to have something new and original! Colorful and classy! Up up and away! I will be purchasing other cards by PopLife! If we are going to buy greeting cards, I want them to be new and original!

It’s fun to give a special card every so often, something they really remember. Especially for people you can’t ever get great gifts for… The balloons are really fun!

This pop up card is so much fun. The hot air balloons are well made and colorful with a cute HB banner. There is space to write a message if you want. It suits for any person: friend, loved one, colleague. The paper is high grade, thick, well made. It comes with an envelope.

This is a really cute card, albeit a little pricey. The level of detail in the pop up is amazing! I especially love the Happy Birthday Banner between the two balloons. This card is a great way to send special birthday cheer.

We've actually picked up several different cards from this brand and love them all. They work every time, are bright and colorful, and don't "mesh" and jam when opening. These are complex cards ant it's nice to see them work every time. What's cool is that the person on the receiving end has put them on display taped open. A bit on the $$$ side, but worth it for the *wow* factor.

This card is simple but it makes a huge impact! The hot air balloons are beautiful and the card is high quality !

This card took several weeks to arrive, but it came just in time for my child's fifth birthday. This is a very fun card. It's unfolds easily and is full of vibrant colors. The little details are delicately cut into the paper like the sand bags on the sides of the baskets. The clouds are cut out as well giving the inside texture. The happy birthday banner between the balloons is clear and easy to read. There was a small crease on the inside left page so we won't write on that side. But like any popup card, there's always a concern for space to write. On the inside of this one, there's plenty of space.Overall, this is pretty wonderful card for a young child's birthday.

This card and its 3-D pop-up effect are very, very cool. When you want to recognize a really special occasion, giving this card would be an ideal way to either elevate a gift or the card itself can be your gift.As the item description points out, the receiver of this can also detach the rainbow colored hot air balloons to save as a keepsake/decoration.The only reason I did not give this card a full 5 star rating was that, for the price, I would have expected the manufacturer to use a heavier stock of paper. Also, keep in mind that if you plan to mail this very elaborately designed pop-up card that you will need to pay for extra postage.Personally, because the card is so delicate I would recommend you reserve it for occasions when you can either hand deliver it or send it inside a package where it will be better protected on the way to its destination

Pop up cards amaze me. They're intricate and beautiful but are simply paper, which blows my mind. This one is no exception. The outside may be a bit plain but when you open it...WHAM! You're looking at a beautiful sky and colorful hot air balloons that hold a Happy Birthday banner between them. I highly recommend giving this card to someone special in your life.

This was a really nice surprise. A very. very nice colorful well made card. The pop up balloons with the Happy Birthday banner between them is really well done. The balloons have great detail, and the card is bigger than expected. I was really surprised with this card as it was much nicer than the photo. Super pleased, will buy more, highly recommended. Great design. Fun for all ages!

This birthday card is really cool. The colors are really pretty and the way it pops up is quite neat. It makes for a truly special card.

Bright colours, plenty of space to write your message. The pop up is adorable, very intricate, interesting to look at, and well done.

I love to give and receive pop-up cards. This is a perfect greeting card for a any birthday greeting or get-well card. The three-dimension look is so perfect from the balloon to the basket details. This card will make anyone happy. It will take extra postage, but it certainly is worth it for a special friend.

The pop up feature is so neat. What a unique card. It really is one of a kind. It is something they can really display. This is a very nice card. We always buy cards from this company and are always happy. The quality of the card is very nice. The paper is nice and thick. It is always folded right. The colors are bright and vibrant. The recipient liked it a lot. I would recommend it.

What a unique card!! It’s cheerful and whimsical and works perfectly for those that love hot air balloons! Although a little on the pricey side, it’s worth the cost because it’s so unique and fun! I think it’d be perfect for adults or kids! Highly recommended!
